We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Construction to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and federal government construction, including experience with ground-up new construction projects for Multifamily and apartments. As a Vice President of Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all property developments, from initial planning to completion. You will manage relationships with subcontractors and other stakeholders, lead teams to deliver on time and on budget, and ensure quality of all work completed.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Construction industry. You must also have experience in commercial and federal government construction, as well as ground-up new construction projects for Multifamily, and apartments. Additional skills needed for this role include project management, budgeting, contract management, and strong communication skills.
