Leadership :
i) Learn, model, coach and ensure BIGGBY operational systems are followed
ii) Effectively use the Biggby barista timeline to ensure smooth business operations
iii) Effectively use the Leadership Tools to ensure smooth business operations
iv) Promote a positive and healthy work environment through daily use of company best practices;
v) Assist other leaders to promote employee development and business growth
vi) Communicate openly and honestly with peers and leaders.
vii) Expected to help cover shifts as needed.
