Job description
Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala/ Villages is looking for a skilled and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Post and reconcile expenses according to Controller.
- Maintain vendors W9 files.
- Process and check requests.
- Post-manufacturing invoices.
- Review vendor invoices for approval.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Qualification:
- Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds (Preferred)
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in and automotive dealership (Preferred)
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Time management skills
