York Gardens is looking for a  Lead Server/Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents , cleaning, stocking, and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Senior Living Community located in Edina, MN.

This Full Time Lead Culinary Assistant food services role schedule includes;

• 70 hours every two weeks; day and early evening shifts
• Includes every other weekend saturday/sunday and holidays rotation

• Promotes and encourages positive tenant/resident relations and satisfaction 
• Provides support and direction to Culinary Assistants 
• Acts as Lead for Dining Staff 
• Supports Culinary Director to ensure quality culinary outcomes
• Serves meals and ensures the dining area is clean inviting 

Required:

• 0-1 year experience

Other Required Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Preferred:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years previous experience
