Job description
At , we believe pet sitting is a career, so we treat our employees like the professionals they are. Our goal is to take fantastic care of our pet-care attendants so they take excellent care of our clients—both human and furry.
- Pet sitting is generally scheduled from 6-9am and 5-9pm.
- Dog walking is generally scheduled from 10am-3pm.
- About 75% of our work is pet sitting, and 25% is daytime dog walking.
- We are hiring for morning-afternoon shifts and evening/weekend shifts.
- We service Georgetown, Hutto, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and nearby communities.
Compensation:
$15 - $18 / hour
$500 - $1000 / month
- New employees start at $10-$12 per 30-minute visit with a $5 bonus per holiday visit.

The responsibilities:
- Create a safe and positive walking environment for our client's dogs
- Follow the client-provided care instructions, including training preferences
- Provide detailed and attentive care for our client's cats
- Give our clients first-class customer service with a personal touch
- Communicate with staff via phone/text and photographs
- Contribute to the team effort by working as a team player
- Practice time management to ensure on-time arrivals for all assigned visits
- Travel to our office location upon request
The ideal candidate:
- An honest, patient, and enthusiastic candidate who can provide our client's dogs and cats with the highest quality visits possible.
- Possess excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Special consideration for candidates with flexibility with their schedule as most of our pet sitting services are in high demand evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of safety and time management.
- Previous professional or volunteer experience with animals is preferred, but a positive attitude and a desire to learn are just as important.
- The candidate should enjoy an active work environment, walking independently and working outdoors regardless of weather conditions.

- Many members of our staff were previously dog walkers with on-demand services, doggy daycare staff, dog groomers, or volunteers at a local shelter.
- The candidate should have an innate desire to care for animals while ensuring their safety.
