Job description

Duties: Answers the general inquiries telephone extension of the LOA Care Team Phone Line.


Assists Case Managers with voicemail overflow. Provides general information and answers questions related to the AHS Leave of Absence process, policy, guidelines and pay practices Receives, reviews, scans, and attaches incoming LOA Case documents to the appropriate cases within Absence Tracker.

Notates receipt within the tool to alert Case Managers to proceed with Case Review. Utilizes Pure OHS OMS reporting to input new cases and add case closure data into Absence Tracker tool and PeopleSoft. (COVID) Monitors OMS case action notifications and updates team member records in PeopleSoft and Absence Tracker.


(Non COVID) Assists LOA Case Managers with Cherwell ticket research and resolution Creates ad-hoc Absence Tracker reports and monitors LOA Care Team Case Counts/Types May provide temporary territory coverage during Case Manager PTOs and/or high volume periods Monitors the relevance and effectiveness of the LOA communications library within Absence Tracker and provides administrative support related to document creation and revisions when necessary May provide administrative support for payroll preparation to the Benefits Analyst Performs other duties as assigned

Skills: Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email and Calendar) Polished telephone demeanor Prior experience with office equipment, ie; Copier, Scanner, Printer, Fax Prior experience with HRIS systems is a plus

Education: High School Diploma 1-2 year experience providing entry level administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment
