Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Des Plaines, IL - On-Site
Salary: $75k-95k DOE
Requirements: BS in Engineering, 3+ yrs in Plastics Production

What You Will Be Doing

- You will be supporting manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects, and metrics.
- As one of our manufacturing engineers, you will be developing and implementing strategies to optimize workflows and operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization to the max.
- Programming and troubleshooting automation, and analyzing performance data that will drive down costs

What You Need for this Position

- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics Engineering or related field-
- 3 + years of experience working in a plastics production or injection molding environment
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process, such as lean, six sigma etc
- CAD software
