Summary:
The Roving Real Estate Manager is primarily responsible for acting as a floating manager, providing support to a variety of properties. The person in this position must understand and follow all operational policies and procedures as well as be able to step in and lead a team.
Qualifications for Roving Real Estate Manager at Shelter Corporation:
- High school Diploma, equivalent degree, or relevant experience required
- Experience managing communities of 100+ units for a professional real estate management company
- Tax credit and section 8 experience preferred
- Exemplary time management skills, the ability to self-direct, and the willingness to learn and assist above and beyond as part of "the team"
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Yardi experience preferred but not required
