• Support Staff: 2 RNs & 2 MAs
• Physicians in Practice: 6; 2 Mid-levels
• Procedures: No in-office procedures.
• Lab & Xray Onsite: Yes
• Total No. of Beds: 500
• No. of Exam Rooms: access to 2 per day
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• WA License or IMLC
• BC
• ACLS
• DEA
