Salary: 91,661.00 - 118,763.00 Role Purpose Statement We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to fill the role of Unit Manager for our Anchorage operations. This top-tier position requires strong leadership skills to guide and manage a multidisciplinary team and drive operational results of all activities at our Customer Service Center (CSC).
Main Accountabilities Leadership: - Organize, staff, and direct and hold teams accountable for meeting business objectives and deliverables
- Guide, motivate, and develop and coach employees.
- Embed the company's values and management principles within the department.
- Plan, implement, and control the cost budget; initiate corrective actions
- Support company-sponsored initiatives such as Global Quality Standard (GQS), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Lean Manufacturing, and Employee Safety.
Business Strategy, Policies, and Tools: - Contribute to the definition of the CSC/regional strategy.
- Develop and execute the implementation of the CSC strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regional and corporate policies.
Managing Business: - Develop an annual business plan and budget for the CSC based on regional objectives.
- Oversee economic and operating performance.
- Optimize deployment of resources and work methods
- Initiate and control continuous process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality guidelines.
- Foster clear communication and close cooperation with internal and external interfaces.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum five years of relevant management/operations experience.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to build, develop, and maintain strong cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing multiple departments.
- Successful record of leading teams and driving for results
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
