Job Summary
Village Caregiving - Point Pleasant is looking for an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Ripley, West Virginia. The Caregiver will provide caring and attentive care to clients. This is a full-time/part-time position with competitive pay and opportunity for bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Develop and/or maintain individual support plans for clients
- Provide direct in-home client care, including personal hygiene, meals, and companionship
- Act as an advocate for clients and ensure their safety and well-being
- Document all services provided to clients
- Perform housekeeping duties for clients
- Monitor and report on changes in clients' physical health
- Respond appropriately to clients' emotional and behavioral issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caretaker or home health aide preferred
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate demeanor and professional attitude
