RDI Corporation invites you to join our team as the Digital Marketing Specialist This role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies to elevate our presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and steer RDI's digital marketing and demand generation strategy.
• Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, integrating SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to generate leads and enhance brand visibility aimed specifically at engaging enterprise-level clients.
• Design and manage targeted email marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on segmentation and personalization, to effectively reach decision-makers in the enterprise space.
• Drive demand for RDI's services and products through inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
• Utilize marketing automation tools, like HubSpot, for lead nurturing and efficient sales funnel management.
• Proven ability to leverage LinkedIn for B2B enterprise marketing, demonstrating expertise in building and nurturing professional relationships, executing targeted ad campaigns, and utilizing LinkedIn's analytics to drive lead generation and brand visibility within the enterprise sector.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Director of Marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with an MBA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion dedicated to B2B Enterprise marketing. Prior experience in the call center and BPO industry is highly valued.
• Proven expertise in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in HubSpot.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate marketing strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
