If you are a highly talented IP Docketing Specialist interested in working closely with attorneys and staff teams to provide client support, we want to hear from you!
This position is remote. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.
Legal Support team members are vital to our clients. They provide innovative, on-time support to attorneys and paralegals and provide world-class service to our clients.

What will your day look like?
This role will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities tailored to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our docketing databases. You'll meticulously review USPTO, foreign associate, client, and internal correspondence, distilling pertinent information to maintain precise data records. Seamlessly navigating our systems, you'll modify and maintain docket records, guaranteeing that statutory information, deadlines, and relevant notes are meticulously updated for attorney and paralegal reference. Your analytical prowess will shine as you generate, review, and deliver comprehensive portfolio and deadline reports, tailored to the needs of attorneys, paralegals, and clients alike. You will draft correspondence to clients and foreign associates, covering a spectrum of patent matters. Moreover, you will seamlessly handle various non-billable tasks, from filing assignments with USPTO/WIPO to facilitating correspondence for transferred matters. Collaboration will be key as you work with attorneys and paralegals to manage dockets, ensuring timely action and follow-up.
