Pay Grade: P10 Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to oversee all essential support services and activities of Facilities Operations, including Custodial, Landscape, Fleet, Mail/Copy and Maintenance Services. Serves as the project manager for campus construction, remodeling and public works and is the Construction Safety Officer for the College.

Education and Experience : High school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training to include a minimum of three years successful experience supervising others; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience must include project management or direct experience in one or more of the crafts within Facilities Operations; i.e., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or building mechanics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Technical knowledge of appropriate trades/crafts, material handling, and safety codes is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of services provided by Facilities Operations.
- Department of Public Works training on new procedures preferred.
- Basic ability to use AutoCAD preferred
- Ability to communicate with all departments and keep a team atmosphere
- Ability to effectively present and speak one-on-one and in small group situations
- Proficient skills in operating office equipment and a computer, including Microsoft Office, Control systems, Computerized Maintenance Management System
