NA has a healthcare client in need of a BA. Specifically, the client will start supporting Medicare in 2026, they need to update their claims system to support Medicare.

Work with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements/good documentation is key Will provide QA support One of the first priorities for this initiative is medicare enrollment they currently don't know the solution yet that will integrate with HRP. Once a solution is identified, the BA will gather the requirements to execute it and be involved in the implementation Identify downstream application impacts and help mitigate risk

Once the member data is migrated, data warehouse support will be needed the BA will support this area as well. Partner with both the business side and IT to articulate the requirements.

  Medicare experience with membership, understand business scheduled, reporting, medicare requirements
  Experience in Claim Editor (nice to have)

SQL skills Experience doing Impact analysis ? do they want to work on certain things, what is the business impact and the cost
