Job description

 

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Central Towers is seeking a Receptionist for its team. Perfect for an additional job to create additional household income. Flexible hours, Part Time evenings and e/o weekend, up to 15 hours/week.

 

SCHEDULE: Part time: 4:30pm-8:00pm Thursday/Friday and 9:30am-5/5:30pm every other weekend

 

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Site leader or designee

The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and public relations needed for quality care and services to all customers. Other responsibilities include answering and transferring all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, serving as an information resource, and performing a variety of administrative duties as assigned.
