Location: Pentagon (Remote/Hybrid)
Experience: 5 years’ specialized experience

As a ‘IT Portfolio Investment Manager’ – join S2 Analytical Solutions and the customer to facilitate the mission of national security and humanitarian leadership by shaping information-driven decision-making with innovative IT solutions!

Job Overview: To provide enterprise-wide management that will continually mature the JSP technology portfolios, you will manage future capabilities, evaluate cost efficiency for IT investments, plan IT investments/divestments, align DOD and organizational IT strategies; and comply with federal laws, and OMB policies.

• Develop and maintain IT Portfolio Plans and Roadmaps.
• Lead quarterly IT portfolio reviews, including agenda development, material preparation, and facilitation.
• Incorporate industry best practices for continuous improvement of Portfolio Management (PfM) strategies.
• Develop, integrate, and sustain the performance metrics for the PfM toolset. Utilize PfM toolset metrics to measure enterprise portfolio maturity; and set priorities for the portfolios and capabilities.
• Engage stakeholders and cross-functional experts to coordinate communications.
• Document, evaluate, and continuously enhance the customers portfolio of IT capabilities.
• Review, analyze, and refine IT PfM concepts, governance structures, policy, procedures, and processes for managing the JSP IT portfolio to meet DoD CIO mandates, federal standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide recommendations for toolset modifications to support PfM.
• Deliver annual training on PfM processes, workflows, and toolsets.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in science, or a related field (e.g., Business , Project Management )
• At least five years’ relevant experience in portfolio management.
• Experience developing technical briefings /papers to support the development of architectural artifacts.
• Axelos ITILv3 or above
• PMP

Desired:

• Five years of technical experience supporting DOD or Intelligence Community PfM ( Infrastructure , Platform , End User , or Delivery ) to provide technical consultations/advisements to JSP stakeholders.
