EOC Facilities Manager

Carrollton Springs is a 78-bed behavioral hospital located in Carrollton, Texas . The hospital provides a full continuum of care for those suffering from a mental health issue and/or chemical dependency. This includes inpatient treatment, partial day programming and intensive outpatient services. Assessment services are provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week . The EOC department plays an essential role in helping fulfill our mission of “ Changing People’s Lives®”. Our Director is responsible for ensuring the physical plant meets all The Joint Commission, CMS, NFPA and state regulations to ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors.

• Performs all scheduled inspections, testing, and drills, as required by state, federal government, The Joint Commission and NFPA.
• Document these and reports outcomes to Safety Committee in a timely manner
• Director ensures the maintenance of a safe, functional, and clean physical environment for patients, employees and guests.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in plant operations in a hospital setting preferred. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements helpful.
• Current encumbered clinical licensure and valid driver’s license and favorable Motor Vehicle Report with proof of insurance.
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
