Kelly® Science & Clinical is currently recruiting for a Senior Research Associate for a dynamic 12-month temporary-to-hire opportunity with a leading clinical stage biotechnology company based in South San Francisco. Position Title: Research Associate/ Senior Research Associate - Biotechnology (Temporary-to-Hire)
Pay rate: $45-55/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide critical support across multiple small molecule clinical programs.
Execute cell inoculation, conduct cell characterization, and perform a range of assays on both preclinical and clinical samples.
Prepare and deliver presentations for key meetings, effectively communicating complex scientific findings.
Conduct thorough analysis of experimental data and presentation slides, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
Balancing lab-based activities (80%) with data analysis (20%).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in molecular Cell Biology or related scientific field.
Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in executing a variety of cell biology techniques, including mammalian cell culture, in vitro cellular assays (e.g., cell viability, proliferation, invasion, apoptosis), and luciferase assay.
Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, gene expression analysis (PCR/RTPCR), western blotting, ELISA, and Next Generation Sequencing.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization software including Excel, GraphPad Prism, and FlowJo.
