salary: $49,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a supervisor in sheet metal fabrication, cladding, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- strong knowledge of sheet metal processes and materials.
- Familiarity with CAD software and reading technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with other departments.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification or training in metal fabrication, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 10 hours at one time
