Key Responsibilities: - Be the go-to hero for all technical support queries via calls, emails, and even smoke signals!
- Diagnose and fix hardware and software glitches, or escalate them to the experts.
- Set up, fine-tune, and manage software and hardware-PCs, printers, you name it.
- Conduct training sessions for new technologies.
- Keep tabs on our inventory, ensuring we're always stocked up.
- Help upkeep our network architecture.
- Stay ahead of the tech curve and recommend savvy updates.
- Engage in projects to roll out the latest tech goodies.
- Document your brilliance-maintain records of tech solutions and inventory.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or your personal experience that speaks volumes.
- 2+ years in tech support or a related universe.
- Rock-solid understanding of computer systems and networking.
- Problem-solving skills sharper than a double-edged sword.
- Communication skills that could win over a motherboard.
- Team player but can also run solo missions.
- Familiarity with project management magic.
Physical Deets: - Able to lift computer gear and can sit or stand as the mission requires.
