Job Title: Multifamily Construction Project Manager
Location: Cleveland with Travel to East Coast/Southeast States for Projects, 50% in Cleveland 50% Travel
Salary: $120- $140k DOE + Allowances, Per Diems, End of Year Bonus
Requirements: 5+ years experience in Commercial and Multifamily construction, proficiency in Procore and blueprints

We are hiring a Multifamily Project Manager to join our team in Cleveland and/or Streetsboro, Ohio, with travel to respective job sites throughout the East Coast and Southeast, United States. The ideal candidate with have a strong design/build background and thorough knowledge of multifamily construction projects. Attention to detail, a driven personality, and strong financial understanding are key attributes one should possess to excel in this role as we expand our Multifamily footprint.

What You Will Be Doing
- Project scheduling, costing, and status updates
- Spearhead subcontractor relationships
- Perform contract administration (RFIs, change orders, etc.)
- Work with preconstruction, initiate constructability reviews, support buy-out efforts, perform takeoffs
- Provide technical knowledge and oversight alongside the Superintendent at the job site
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects by communicating milestones
- Assist with bidding and capturing new business
What You Need for this Position
3+ years experience in Multifamily Construction is required
- Design/Build experience is required
- Extensive cost and project budget experience
- Strong project history of cast concrete and wood framing multifamily projects
- Business development mindset with active relationships with subcontractors for Multifamily
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project
- Podium, Wrap, Garden Style experience
