The Position:

As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources function of the company. Major responsibilities include:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  
• Process payroll through outside vendor on a bi-weekly basis ensuring complete accuracy.
  
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
  
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
  
• Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  
• Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  
• Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements.
  

Required Experience and Skills:

• At minimum, an Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and at least three (3) years of experience working in in Human Resources role.
  

Demonstrated knowledge of HR/Labor laws.

• Outstanding written, verbal skills and abilities at multiple levels of the organization.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  

Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain effective working relationships.
