Responsibilities:
- Coordinate treatment plans for patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of recommended procedures.
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits, providing accurate estimates of costs and coverage.
- Act as a liaison between patients and dental providers, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
- Maintain detailed records of treatment plans, insurance information, and patient communications.
- Assist in financial arrangements and payment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Motivated and a self-starter who can work independently.
- Knowledge of dental insurance processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in a dental setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Open Dental or Dentrix software is even better.
