J2EE Developer - Advanced

BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Java J2EE Developer in Jersey City, NJ.

Position Title: Java J2EE Developer with Cloud
Location: Jersey City, NJ
(Hybrid work model - 2 days' work from Office/3 days' work from home)
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Fulltime
Pay Range: $85.57 - $88.52



Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must be Hands on developer. 85% development & 15% production support.
• Any cloud technology (AWS or Azure)
• Heavy on private cloud, EKS knowledge / Platform Services Side.
• Strong in any database - DB2 (back end services, moving and posting)
• Java J2EE, SpringBoot - Deployment Knowledge.
• Kafka experience or open to other messaging tools.
• Software developer, CICD pipelines (nice to know)
• Cloud foundry
• Proactive mindset, ask questions - move things ahead, what's next mentality

Skills Required:

• J2EE.
• Any Database.
• Kafka preferred or open to any Messaging tool.
• Automated Testing Tools.

Skills (Nice to have)

• Cloud Certified (any)
