Compensation
$20-$25/ hour depending upon on experience
2.5% commission on all sales
Strong tips averaging 10% of total sales
Bonuses on all wine club sign ups
Part-time or full-time positions available

Job Summary
The Tasting Room Associate/Brand Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and unparalleled experiences to our tasting salon guests. This can be a part-time or full-time position, with scheduling varying from 2 to 4 days a week and approximately 16 to 32 hours.

Job Description
We are seeking a Tasting Room Associate/Brand Ambassador with great interpersonal skills who enjoys hosting and spending time with people. The ideal candidate is highly enthusiastic, friendly, warm, and inviting. This individual will be an integral part of a small team that is passionate about the fast growth and success of our Napa Valley Winery.

Duties and Responsibilities
•  Provide an educational, fun and positive tasting experience for our guests & club members and be an enthusiastic ambassador of the winery
•  Sell and promote the entire portfolio of our wines
•  Recommend and encourage Roots Run Deep club membership to all guests
•  Maintain the physical setting of the tasting room to reinforce standards of the brand by ensuring that displays of wine and merchandise products are attractive and well-maintained
•  Communicate in a knowledgeable, professional and gracious manner to all guests in the tasting room
•  Coordinate and lead group tastings
•  Participate in offsite events and team meetings
•  Contact current and prospective customers via phone and email in order to increase wine sales and club membership
•  Perform opening and closing procedures, which include but is not limited to: setup and breakdown of tables, chairs and all items related to tasting room functions
•  Complete end of day reports, reconcile daily sales and posts transactions

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
