Job description
OCES supports elders and adults with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services that promote healthy and safe lives for our consumers.
We are seeking an experienced individual to be our Quality Improvement Manager, responsible for understanding and interpreting program data across multiple computer platforms. They will work with agency leadership providing business intelligence and actionable solutions to improve OCES' clinical, financial, and strategic goals.
What you will do:
- Partner with leadership to improve the company's analytical metrics and develop quality improvements
- Engage directly with business and program teams to assist them in understanding current data and business impact while driving required business change
- Builds and executes data extraction, transfer and loading from various technical sources
- Designs and maintains a system for managing data, analysis, and project solutions resulting in measured performance status reporting
- Facilitates and communicates fact-based findings to various stakeholders and senior management
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or related field required, Masters preferred
- Five years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience in Project Management/Six Sigma Certification
- Preferred experience with WellSky products used by ASAP network
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including but not limited to Excel/Pivot Tables, Macros, data manipulation functions
- Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data
- Ability to maintain agency privacy and confidentiality
