Are you passionate about automobiles and providing exceptional customer service? Join our team at Freeman Motor Company as an Automotive Sales Associate. As a vital member of our sales team, you will assist customers in finding their perfect vehicle, conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and guide them through the entire buying process. You will work closely with the Sales Manager on duty and ensure that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs and preferences.
• Conduct test drives, showcasing the vehicle's characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information about the vehicles.
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with customers, following the guidance of the Sales Manager.
• Escort customers throughout the sales process, providing assistance at every step.
• Overcome objections and close sales by employing effective sales techniques.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including finance applications, to facilitate the sale.
• Provide management with end-of-day reports and maintain regular communication via email.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously expand knowledge through educational opportunities and professional publications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Completion of a car salesman training program provided by the dealership within one year.
• Prior auto sales experience is not required but considered a plus.
