The IT Analyst works to support and sustain IT operations and infrastructure projects. This includes the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of PC client hardware, network infrastructure, and other systems and hardware as assigned. Utilize and deploy technology solutions for end users in the company such that the goals of the business are enabled by that technology. Will leverage their general knowledge of computers, software and IT infrastructure and operate with some supervision. Assignments will be generally routine with low to average complexity. Reports to Sr. IT Manager.
