Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Bellevue, NE
Salary: $110k-$140k
Requirements: 4+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager

This is a full time / permanent position with a well established (200 person) General Contractor with a diverse portfolio of projects spanning acrosss Commercial, Healthcare, banks, Schools, Public works, etc. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced PMs. This person will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage projects from start to finish (Budgets, timelines, planning, etc.)
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining a high quality work
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
