We are a dynamic and inclusive team dedicated to delivering exceptional management consulting services to Federal agencies and organizations across the public sector. As a leading Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, we specialize in Strategic Communications and Integrated Marketing, Information Technology, and Enterprise Optimization. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Communications Consultant to join our Strategic Communications and Integrated Marketing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance and support for nationwide internal and external communications campaigns.
Develop and execute innovative communication plans and strategies to effectively engage target audiences.
Create compelling content including fact sheets, FAQ sheets, website content, newsletters, and email messages.
Coordinate the development of print and web materials while ensuring adherence to branding strategies.
Conduct research, data analysis, and environmental scanning to inform communication strategies.
Lead meetings with clients and assist in the maintenance of project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree highly desired, preferably in communications, marketing, public relations, public health, or a related field.
5 - 8 years of professional experience in communications/marketing with a fundamental knowledge of core best practices.
Experience/background in public health, health care, benefits, and/or health communications.
Excellent writing, conceptual, and copy-editing skills with strong attention to detail.
Creative and analytical thinking skills with strong oral communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Experience working for a consulting organization, PR/Marketing Agency, Association, and/or a government contractor.
Experience with planning, developing, and implementing communications/marketing activities, including developing communications plans, strategies, messages, and tactics.
Familiarity with Human-Centered Design principles.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
