POSITION DETAILS

The Enrollment Specialist, a Higher Education Assistant, reports directly to the Director of Student Support Services with responsibilities that encompass the areas of enrollment management, recruitment, admissions, student data management and student records. The Enrollment Specialist serves in a management role with other designated EOC staff to provide input and, as required, research concerning retention, placement outcomes, employment trends and student demographics. Moreover, the successful candidate is responsible for the overall maintenance, security and integrity of the center???s student record keeping systems, the student information system, as well as the supervision of registration, recording of grades and verification of student records.

Responsibilities and duties include:

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor???s degree in Education, Business or an appropriate related field.

Preferred: Master's degree

Experience: At least four (4) years of relevant experience within an educational institution or progressive organization. Must possess excellent computer competencies including, but not limited, to social media, spreadsheets and database programs. Excellent communication, organizational and analytic skills are required.
