This position supports the Aramark team within the Southeast Region with a primary focus on Atrium/Advocate Health facilities. Responsible for retrieving data from various database sources to include – EPIC, TruD, 3M ATP, FFPro, MS Forms. Utilizing Power Automate, PowerBI designs the creation of the Daily TAT Dashboard, Linen Rounding Dashboard, and other dashboards as requested for Atrium/Advocate Health or Southeast Region. Daily maintenance of dashboards for updated data and repair of broken links. Produces as-needed gate charts, IP audits, teammate productivity, and defects charts.

This client location requires all individuals working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Job Responsibilities

Daily

• System Wide Linen Utilization Dashboard
• ControlTex Implementation/maintenance
• Response/Turnaround time 
• Throughput by facility
• Batching Reports

Weekly

• Linen poundage metrics Clean/soil
• AVG Pt Day data per facility, calculating the pounds served per facility, clean to soil etc.
• Assist with linen purchasing based off data acquired. 
• Tracking turnaround time and other KPIs as needed for client reporting. 

Monthly

• Capturing Linen utilization metrics 
• Distribution of linen utilization reporting

Quarterly

• System Wide Usage report power point 
• Data capture for all facilities reporting during IP meetings.
• CBR – Collaborate to prepare CBR deck. 
• Present information during quarterly CBRs

On Going

• EPIC Support
• Citrix Receiver tablet setup
• Report Setup/creation
• Data Analysis
• Report Troubleshooting
• Nursing connect Support
• Tablet App Install
• User Setups/Administration
• Schedule creation and maintenance 
• Space Inventory setup and maintenance 
• “On Call” support system-wide

Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the manager. Furthermore, tasks and responsibilities may be added or revised based on the volume of business and the need for the work to be completed at the present time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates degree preferred. 
• Four years’ experience in healthcare setting required. 
• Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively. 
• Ability to apply elementary math functions. Skilled with Data mining in various applications, Excel experience in the creation of workbooks and pivot tables. 
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
