About the Position

This position will support the Maintenance Section 4, Region 2 Traffic, and the RMT by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving issues related to work orders, purchase requisitions, shopping carts, purchase orders. The Position will also develop and aide in the administration of training to the Area Supervisors, and Maintenance Personnel. Additionally, this position will review and Teco work orders as needed; create shopping carts, purchase requisitions and purchase orders when needed; create and distribute a variety of reports to the Area Supervisors, Deputy Superintendents, Regional Superintendent and HQ CDOT. This position will assist in creating and monitoring a variety of documents, assist and collaborate with other PM/EMS/MMS Coordinators throughout the state, assist in creating ad hoc reports for Public Relations when needed, and processing all maintenance usage requests when asked. This position will also act as a Power User for the SAP Support Structure. Additionally, this position will administer Winter and Summer Surveys, assist in tracking bulk commodities. This position will respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
