As the Administrative Director, you will report directly to the CNO and will play a pivotal role in providing multidisciplinary leadership and administrative authority for Maternal Child Health. Imagine overseeing programs, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive, professional image of nursing and clinical services. Requirements:

• Experience: Prior acute care hospital experience is required.
• Education: Master's degree in nursing or bachelor's degree in nursing, and master's degree in a relevant field 
• License: Upon hire, California Registered Nurse License 
• Leadership Experience: 10 or more years of nursing experience, with 3+ years in nursing administration.
• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and goals that guide patient care services.
• Quality Improvement: Track record of identifying and evaluating opportunities for performance improvement within the service line.
