Job description
Vaco is hiring for a Director of Client Success. This will be a remote position but looking for strong candidates on the East Coast.
As the Director of Client Success, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the successful management of the company’s strategic client relationships and delivery of the company’s products and services. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This crucial leadership role will work with key internal stakeholders to create and implement our organization’s Client Success approach, enabling customers to achieve measurable business outcomes and a top-notch customer experience. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of managing complex implementation teams, cultivating health plan client relationships, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understanding clients' needs and goals and developing strategies to help them achieve those goals.
- Tracking client usage and adoption of products or services.
- Troubleshooting client issues and providing solutions.
- Conducting regular check-ins and providing updates on performance and progress.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support across Network, UM and TPA
- Analyzing client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and presenting reports on client performance and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications
- 5 plu s years of experience in health plan client success
- Strong operational knowledge of healthcare payers and providers.
- Strong relationship-building and strategic partnering skills.
- Strong analytical ability to solve business and technical problems.
- Solid history of establishing and meeting work schedules with limited time frames under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skil ls Experience with project management and the ability to manage complex projects .
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM or customer success software.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company’s products and services.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles to help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs and requirements.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within and outside the company.
- Ability to work from a remote location effectively and efficiently.
- Experience using MS Office
Desired Qualifications: - MBA or other advanced degree
- Delegated experience across UM, Network and Claims services or TPA
- Data analysis and reporting skills to track and measure effectiveness of client success initiatives
