Employment Status: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Exempt

Schedule: 40 Hours/ 52 Weeks

Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist will assist with employee relations to support the Tribe's workforce. The Human Resources Generalist will have administrative, analytical, and communication skills. An HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with organizational conflict management skills and will help with essential functions such as staffing, compensation administration, job analysis, performance management, and assisting the Director of Human Resources with special projects .
