What You Will Be Doing

-Work on litigation and non-litigation matters for a wide range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations across many industries
-Depending upon experience, attorneys are involved in one or more of the following: pre-complaint investigation; case analysis; strategy drafting and responding to discovery; taking and defending depositions; motions and other court appearances; administrative matters before the DLSE, NLRB, DFEH, OSHA; union negotiations and relations; assisting in arbitration and trials; client development and recruitment
-Litigation will generally consist of single-plaintiff EEO litigation; PAGA; and class action wage and hour litigation

What You Need for this Position

-1+ years of experience in litigation on the Plaintiff side in California
-Must have a California bar license
-Juris Doctor
-Bilingual (Plus)
-Class action and PAGA experience (Plus)
