Job description
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team for construction initiatives across the commercial, custom homes, retail, clubhouse, and residential sectors. As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for developing project teams, managing projects, and providing leadership to staff. You should have an excellent knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to lead a diverse team.
As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for developing the project team, overseeing the project, and providing guidance to staff. You will also evaluate construction plans, provide progress updates, and ensure that safety protocols are being followed.
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 4 years experience in the construction industry, preferably in managing a wide variety of projects such as ground-up construction, tenant improvement, hotels, or athletic clubs. It is also important that you have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the construction process. This position offers an excellent salary between $100k and $140k per year. In addition to the competitive salary, you will be eligible for bonuses and commissions based on your performance.
