Paralegal - Litigation (Personal Injury) We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal with a specialization in Litigation, specifically in the area of Personal Injury, to join our esteemed team at Frohlich, Gordon & Beason PA in Port Charlotte, FL. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process, from case preparation to trial. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Review and organize legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• File court documents and respond to discovery requests.
• Maintain case files, track important deadlines, and coordinate with clients, courts, and other parties.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Personal Injury Litigation required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
