Join our dynamic and international agile development team as a Senior Full Stack Developer/Team Lead, playing a pivotal role in the entire software development lifecycle. 
Your role involves seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including colleagues from various locations. Fluent communication in English and German is essential, as you will actively engage in discussions and collaborative efforts with team members.

Responsibilities:
•    Analysis and specification of requirements
•    Responsibility in the development process and quality assurance during development
•    Documentation and communication in English
•    Coordination with stakeholders
•    Project management
•    Manage a team of developers.

Qualifications
•    Experience maintaining and developing software with diverse tools and languages, Java, .NET/C#, PHP
•    Experience with databases: MS SQL
•    Working knowledge of EDI messaging, XML, JSON
•    Ability to develop software in both Windows and a Linux environment.
•    Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
•    Ability to collaborate efficiently in a team environment to achieve project goals.

Location: This is a remote opportunity, open to applicants authorized to work in Germany or Netherlands. Preference given to candidates who are bilingual English/German.
