Job description
We are looking for an experienced Estimator - Commercial GC to join our construction team. As an estimator, you will be responsible for managing the project estimates and the pre-construction process for our projects in the commercial and office sectors. You will work closely with our project managers and subcontractors to ensure our projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will be leading and managing the pre-construction process, which includes estimating, bidding, and pre-qualifying subcontractors. You will manage the construction project from start to finish, and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a estimator for a general contractor. Pre-construction, construction, K-12, and office experience is a plus. You must have strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role offers a salary of $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Benefits for this job include vacation, PTO, medical, dental, vision, bonus, and 401k.
