Job description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee commercial construction projects in the Construction industry. As the Superintendent, you will ensure that all construction projects are completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner. You must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to manage a team of skilled workers. As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, your day-to-day tasks will include managing the construction site, ensuring safety standards are met, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for managing and guiding a team of skilled workers as well as providing direction and guidance.
Working on projects such as Gas Stations and Convenience Stores! To be a successful Commercial Construction Superintendent, you must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction and supervisory experience.
Must possess a valid driver's
Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years experience in this position
Must be a Team player with high standards for appearance and professionalism
Computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Work may include after-hours
Able to work in all weather conditions significant portion of the work is done outdoors
Willing to travel
Able to safely operate industry specific tools and equipment
Petroleum equipment industry experience is preferred
Obtain /Maintain or possess certifications
Physical Requirements: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day.
This position offers an excellent salary of $80,000 - $110,000 annually based on experience. In addition, you may be eligible for commissions, bonuses, and perks.
