Medical Office Clerk

$16/hour

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Do you enjoy helping others? Do you thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered environment? If so , we are hiring a Medical Office Clerk for a busy medical office in Sioux City, IA! This position works both independently and, on a team, to provide clerical support, schedule appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service to each guest on the phone and in person. Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and routing calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in/out
• Filing and scanning documents

Requirements:

• Previous work history in a medical office and/or medical diploma or certificate is strongly preferred
• Strong computer and communication skills
• High School Diploma and/or GED
• Patience and discretion
