Our dockside restaurant and private club offer innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an outdoor open-air kitchen, where the kitchen staff work while enjoying views of the waterfront. While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT DISHWASHER
In this entry-level dishwashing position, you are vital to the success of our kitchen operations. Your main priority is to help keep our kitchen clean and our cooks stocked with clean dishes. You wash pots and pans by hand and run other dishes through the dishwashing machine. After dishes have been washed, you inspect them to ensure they are completely clean. You collect dirty dishes and pots and help keep the kitchen clean. You take pride in the part you play in keeping our restaurant safe, clean, and sanitized!
