Position Overview:
As an integral member of our Civil Litigation practice, you'll handle a diverse range of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment matters, and more. From start to finish, you'll be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience is a plus.
Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with team members.
