RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for Technical Solutions Consultant in Kalamazoo, MI. Y ou will be responsible for efficiently handling customer-relations issues, providing timely guidance, and escalating matters as per established protocols. Additionally, you will offer mechanical and electrical support on-site while catering to large enterprise, complex, or corporate accounts. Your role will involve utilizing proactive monitoring procedures and tools to identify opportunities for problem prevention. Experience in supporting the full range of commercial and industrial large-volume digital printer products is essential for success in this position. APPLY NOW!

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge and expertise on the company’s digital presses technology preferred
• Strong mechanical technical and communication kills and ability to improvise
• Strong Customer relationship skills & ability to manage complex Customer problems.
• Good teamwork with peers and internal personnel
• Demonstrate consistent, acceptable performance
• Schedule and participate in on-site account support meetings both internal and external
• Extensive travel for training (6+ weeks in 1st year)
• Mainly local travel in South MI as regular part of the daily work week. Overnight stays may be required on short notice

Qualifications:

Minimum Vocational/Diploma / Associate Degree (technical field with 3+ years field service experience)

Please note : Mainly local travel in Greater Cincinnati area on a daily basis. Overnight stays may be required on short notice in other parts of the Service area.
