Job Description

VersaDesk is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a YouTube Marketing Director. As the YouTube Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our YouTube marketing strategy. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with hands-on experience in video content creation, digital marketing, and social media management. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, optimizing YouTube channel performance, and expanding our brand presence across various social media platforms.

• Utilize SEO strategies to enhance video discoverability and maximize organic reach.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Develop a distribution plan to share YouTube content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
• Collaborate with the social media team to create a cohesive online presence and drive engagement.

1. Audience Engagement and Community Building:

• Foster a sense of community around our brand by responding to comments, engaging with the audience, and encouraging user-generated content.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to continuously innovate and improve our strategy.

1. Analytics and Performance Measurement:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze marketing performance.

Basic Requirements
