Job Summary:
Golden Touch Home Care Services, LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Addison, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base through various marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Golden Touch Home Care Services, LLC.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly marketing position with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour. The compensation will be paid semimonthly. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes healthcare, dental, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase client base
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote Golden Touch Home Care Services, LLC
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral sources
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand business opportunities
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Create and present proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Travel to potential client sites daily, must have your own vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the homecare industry is a plus
