Job description

Responsibilities:

• General Office Tasks: Execute day-to-day administrative financial duties including scanning and emailing documents, filing, and managing mail.
• Data Entry: Input financial data into the company's software program, Epicor, with comprehensive training provided.
• Accounting Support: Assist with accounts receivable (A/R), posting transactions, updating accounts, and bank and credit card reconciliation.
• Inventory Management: Maintain product organization, assist with purchase orders, and reconcile invoices.

Qualifications:

• Strong Math Skills: Ability to perform accurate calculations and numerical analysis.
• Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication abilities.
• Basic Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting terminology, software, and processes.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Experience with General Ledger (G/L): Previous experience with G/L is a plus.
• Relevant Experience: Accounts Receivable (AR) and Payable (AP) experience, familiar with reconciling purchase orders and processing invoices.

Pay:  

$25.00 - $28.00 Per Hour

Schedule:  

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
